The MFFA (Mobile Field Force Automation) app does not allow new user signups. You must register and create an account through our backend system. Once registered, you can login to the app using your account credentials.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
The app requires access to your device's camera in order to take photos and submit them with your task reports. By using the app, you agree to grant permission for the app to access your camera.
Photos taken within the app will be uploaded and stored as part of your task report submissions. We will not use these photos for any other purpose without your consent.
The app collects location data to track your location for work reporting purposes. We do track and collect your location when the app is closed or in the background.
Location data is stored securely and we do not share it with any third parties except as needed to provide the Service.
We collect data you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account or submit task reports. We use this data only to provide the Service and improve your user experience. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as needed to provide the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Policy at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new Policy taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Policy. If you do not agree to the new Policy, please stop using the Service.
